GEOPETROLEUM Vocational Training Centre (GVTC) is managed locally, provides high quality training programs, and offers a level of proficiency via its experienced technical instructors. Geopetroleum, via the GVTC, aims to expedite the development process of the Libyan national workforce and reduce the country’s dependency on foreign workers.
